Individual Nutrition Therapy

1-Hour Initial Consult

During the initial consult, an initial assessment will be done. This will go over your history to allow the provider to have a greater understanding of your background and needs. In-person or Telehealth.

30-Minute Follow-Up

$100**

During follow-up sessions, goals set from the previous session will be reviewed. The remainder of the session may be spent going over meal planning, barriers to change, intuitive eating principles, health at every size principles, portion sizes, etc. Additional charges for every additional 15 minutes. In-person or Telehealth.

Billing and Payment Information

If insurance is being used for appointments, it is the client's responsibility to check coverage and benefits.
All Food Fits, LLC accepts all major credit cards and health savings account (HSA).
Payment is required upon the time of service.
Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment OR not showing up to your scheduled appointment may result in being charged for the entire appointment time.

What Questions Should I Ask When Calling My Insurance Company?

Do I have nutrition counseling coverage on my insurance plan?
- If the insurance asks for a CPT code, provide them with 97802 and 97803. If they say you don't have coverage with those codes, ask them about CPT codes: 99401, 99402, 99403, and 99404.
Will my diagnosis be covered?
- If the insurance asks for a diagnosis code, ask about diagnosis code Z71.3 or Z72.4.
- If you have an eating disorder, ask the insurance about your specific eating disorder diagnosis in addition to the Z71.3 and Z72.4
  - Anorexia, restricting type: F50.01
  - Anorexia, binge eating/purging type: F50.02
  - Bulimia: F50.2
  - OSFED (atypical anorexia or bulimia): F50.89
  - ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder): F50.82
  - Binge eating disorder: F50.81
How many visits do I have per calendar year?
- Depending on the insurance plan, the number of visits may vary from 0 to unlimited
